Betörend fruchtige Nase nach roten Waldbeeren, Pfeffer, Eukalyptus, Minze, schwarzen Oliven, grüner Paprika, feuchter Erde, Eisen und Stall. Am Gaumen saftig, beerig, Sauerkirsche, würzig, fleischig, blumig, mit frischer Säure, schön eingebundenen, seidigen Tanninen und einem würzig salzigen Abgang mit zarten Gerbstoffnoten und enorm langen Nachhall. Noch mehr Zechwein geht vermutlich kaum. |

From the moment you pour the wine, beautiful and pretty notes of sour red berries and minerals arise from the glass. He leans towards a biodynamic approach in his vinification and you can definitely smell some kind of soil in the glass. On the palate this wine has plenty of juicy acid, fresh fruit and silky tannins. A pricy wine but definitely worth a try |

Still has a bit of a cloudy medium ruby appearance to it but the nose showed a musky cranberry note along with some florals and raspberry underneath. Tart, juicy red fruits on the palate and while there is definitely a lot of acidity, it seemed in balance with the fruit and not sharp like the last bottle. Definitely more of a food pairing wine than a standalone sipping wine but overall, we enjoyed this a lot and great pickup for the sale price paid. |
